  • At the heart of every MBI Compliance implementation is the Knowledge Register.

    Rather than simply storing documents, we classify every piece of organisational knowledge according to its business purpose — using the 4 P’s as the framework.

    Every document becomes one of:
    • Controlled — current, approved and in use
    • Working Draft — under development or awaiting review
    • Reference — useful but not controlled
    • Archive — historical versions retained for reference
    • Remove — true duplicates or obsolete material

    From the Knowledge Register, the Review Register surfaces only the documents that need leadership attention — typically 20–30 foundation documents that establish how the business operates. Leadership only ever sees what needs a decision. Everything else is organised and waiting.
