MBI Compliance was founded on a simple belief — that businesses deserve systems that actually work for them, not the other way around.

We bring together two complementary disciplines that rarely sit in the same room: deep compliance and business improvement expertise, and certified technology implementation capability. Carolyn brings decades of experience in compliance, governance, business improvement and capability development. As a practising ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and former Registered Training Organisation owner, Carolyn designs management systems the way an auditor would assess them — practical, evidence-based and genuinely useful to the businesses that operate them. Carolyn’s education background means complex concepts are always explained clearly and training is always tailored to the people who need it.

Jodie brings extensive experience in software testing, implementation, training and workflow automation. As a SmartSuite Certified Partner, Jodie designs and builds technically rigorous business management systems that are configured efficiently and deliver measurable operational value. Jodie’s accounting background means every solution is built with financial literacy and commercial practicality at its core.

We started MBI because we saw too many businesses struggling with the same problems — scattered documents, inconsistent processes, disconnected systems and compliance frameworks that felt like burdens rather than assets.
